Acceptance
By using DocSync, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The Service
DocSync provides file renaming, organizing, and sharing tools. The free tier processes files in your browser. The Pro tier ($8/month) adds cloud storage, permanent share links, and additional features.
Your Files
You own your files. We don't claim any rights to content you upload. We only access your files to provide the service (storage, sharing, renaming).
Acceptable Use
Don't use DocSync to store or share illegal content, malware, copyrighted material you don't own, or content that violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Free Tier Limits
Free accounts are limited to 10 files per session, 7-day share link expiry, and no cloud storage. These limits may change. We'll notify users of significant changes.
Pro Subscriptions
Pro costs $8/month, billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee it. DocSync is provided "as is." We're not liable for data loss, though we take reasonable precautions to prevent it.
Liability
DocSync's total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify users of material changes via email.
